- At the heart of the CRB-110 is the P-110 Hydraulic Pumping Unit. The P-110 is designed for crash beams and other single point operations. Standard P-110 HPU dimensions are 42”H x 12”W x 30”L, with a weight of 200 lbs. The P-110 contains a two gallon tank for heat dispersion, internal electrical box and PLC for long life and reliability. All stations are shipped completely assembled.
The Model CRB-240 is a crash rated pivot arm designed and tested to meet and exceed
the Department of State K4 impact. The complete CRB assembly consists of a pivot
stanchion, hinge stanchion, aluminum arm, stanchion covers, and pumping unit. This unit
was designed using the latest technology in parts and assembly including the extensive
use of engineered fabrics, stainless steel, powder coating, and details such as self-aligning
bearings. In order to maintain the operating integrity, we have designed a damping device
which helps reduce the dynamic load on arm at each end of the cycle which translates
to a smoother operation and longer life. Installation requires no above grade concrete
forming, simply excavate, set stanchions, install conduits, and pour in place. The Model
CRB-240 is available with clear openings from 12 to 24 feet. Power is supplied by the
Model P110 hydraulic pumping unit, or manually with a turn wheel. This unit comes
complete less normal construction material such as concrete, conduits, wire and rebar.
